On Thursday, April 20th, NCI Building Systems in Monticello, in conjunction with Sedona Staffing, the Monticello Chamber of Commerce and Jones County Economic Development, hosted the business community to a tour.   Employees, led by General Manager Paul Stevens, showcased the company, their process and their product. Attendees were continually met with employees that had long tenure with the company.  Some over 50 years!   It is easy to tell that employees are the heart and soul of the company.
